Millville Blast - National Division U10 girls

The Blast capped off another strong weekend of soccer by capturing the U-14 Premier Championship at the 2011 West Deptford Thanksgiving Tournament. The Blast outscored their opponents 13-1 during the 3 day event. Job well done ladies!

Congrats to the Millville Blast for winning the U-14 championship @ the United Sports Thanksgiving Classic. The Blast made it to the finals outscoring their 3 opponents 8-0. The final game came down to penalty kicks with the Blast defeating MONTGOMERY UNITED SC MONU BLACK MAGIC 5-4. Great job ladies!

New faces, new colors, new season. The Millville Blast kicked off their Fall 2011 season capturing semi-finalist honors at the Ross Haney Soccer Tournament in Northeast Philadelphia. Special thanks to Stephanie for capturing the images from the tournament.

Summer is here.....but the Blast is still working.   We will be playing in Central Jersey this weekend and have a great deal planned for the rest of the summer.

In preparation for the upcoming fall JAGS season, the Blast will participate in several tournaments throughout the summer to keep working hard and transition some new players onto the team. The Millville Blast welcomes all of our new players and families to the team. GO BLAST!

The Millville Blast made the best of their move up into the U-14 age bracket at the 17th annual Cohansey Soccer Tournament. The Blast outscored their opponents 19-0 to capture the U-14 Championship. Great job ladies! GO BLAST!

Congratulations to the Millville Blast for winning the JAGS U-13 Olympic White Division. After reaching the NJ State Cup semi-finals, the Blast finished off the spring season by defeating the Mountain Lakes Tornadoes 3-1 on Saturday and Freehold Spirit 2-0 on Sunday. The girls finished the season with a 6-0-1 record. Well done BLAST!

The Blast captured the U-13 Gold Championship at the YMS / Eastern Pennsylvania Invitational Classic. The finale went down to the wire and the girls won the "shootout" 3-2 to remain undefeated for the weekend. GO BLAST!

The Blast headed to North Brunswick on Saturday to face the Jersey Knights. The girls battled through harsh weather to earn a 1-0 victory. GO BLAST!

Millville Soccer Association's Blast U-13 girls traveling team headed north to New York City with The Daily Journal to take on Manhattan River Plate soccer team recently. The girls enjoyed a dramatic 1-0 victory.

 

With several players nursing injuries, the Blast took their depleted roster and took the long trip up north to face the Long Valley Panthers. The Blast turned in a gutsy team effort and defeated the Panthers 1-0. GO BLAST! 

The Blast packed their gear, boarded a bus and headed north to NYC for a meeting with Manhattan River Plate. The Blast picked up a dramatic win with a 1-0 victory. Go Blast!

The Millville Blast got its summer soccer off to good start by winning the MAPS bracket in the MSSL Explosion 2010 Tournament in Fort Dix, N.J. during the Memorial Day weekend. The Blast finished with a 3-0-1 record, GO BLAST!

The Millville Blast defeated the visiting Jersey Knights 3-1 on Saturday helping to improve their record to 6-0.

 

 

The Millville Blast visited Langhorne, PA to participate in the YMS EPIC Tournament on May 8th & 9th. The Blast played 3 competitive games and finished with a 1-0-2 record. Well done Blast!

The Millville Blast improved to 4-0 this spring with impressive outings against the Long Valley Mystx and the Princeton Tigers. The Blast defeated the visiting Mystx on Saturday 6-1. Sunday they defeated the visiting Tigers 6-0. Go Blast!

The Millville Blast got the Spring 2010 season under way with a good showing at the Bob Smith's Soccer Academy Presidents' Day Tournament. The Blast walked away as champs defeating the Medford Jaguars, Marlboro Blue Fire, and TRYSA Wave. The girls outscored their opponents 8-1. Job well done.
